    Damaged items

    If your items arrive damaged, we will replace them, absolutely free. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the damage. Please save the original package and the packing material – We may need to have the box returned or inspected by the shipper. We will ship the replacement items by FedEx Ground, 1st Class Mail, or Postal Priority – our choice. If you need them faster, we can do so, but you may be charged the difference in shipping costs.

    Exchange Policy

    We want you to be pleased with the products we send you. If you do not like your items, we will gladly remake them with any necessary corrections or exchange them for any other item on our web site and either refund or charge you the difference if there is any difference in price. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and let us know what you would like to do. You will be responsible for the return shipping, but we will pay for the shipping of the new item(s).

    Cancellation Policy

    If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your payment completely. If your order has already shipped, we will issue a partial refund. In the event that you wish to return your order, we want to inform you that a refund will be issued. However, please be aware that a 50% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount as our products are individually crafted and cannot be reused. You will be responsible for the return shipping and your account will be credited upon the return of your order.

    All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of your order.
