Shipping

We stock all parts for the products we display on our web site so we can manufacture and ship your order either the same day we receive your order or by the next business day at the latest. If our current stock is unable to fulfill your order promptly, we will communicate with you and provide an immediate alternative or seek your approval for a delay as we source the necessary parts.

QuickStarz offers you several options for shipping during the checkout process. These rates are based on the size your order (weight), your distance from the shipping point (Marquette, MI, USA), and whether your address is a business or residence. Live shipping rates are obtained from FedEx and USPS. You have the ability to choose the shipping option you prefer based on the cost and speed of shipping. We will honor your request if at all possible. If it is not possible, we will contact you to make other arrangements.

Communication

We keep you informed of your order status every step of the way by sending you a confirmation email when we receive your order, and when it ships. We also provide you a tracking number. If at any point in the process you need to clarify your order, please email or contact us.
